           Summary: Endless loop in RE.match
           Product: Regexp
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Other
        AssignedTo: regexp-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: golanavi@hotmail.com

Hi,
The following code causes endless loop on version 1.3:

org.apache.regexp.RE regExp =
new org.apache.regexp.RE("^([A-Z|0-9|_]{1,28})_[H|T|D]$");
boolean b = regExp.match("AA_OSST_12345_678_BT");

Should return false in this case.
