 Cactus 1.7 has been released preparing the way for a big refactoring. We a=
re indeed going to refactor Cactus to leverage Cargo (http://cargo.codehaus=
.org). Nicolas Chalumeau (contributor) and I have been working on this. Tha=
t should lighten Cactus and allow supporting many more containers and featu=
res (like hot deploy, etc) which our users have been asking for a while. Tw=
o new committers have been voted in recently (Kazuhito and Magnus). EJB Cac=
tification has been added recently by Magnus and he's busy adding new impro=
vements to it. Felipe is continuing with improvements to the Maven plugin f=
or Cactus.
