Well, once I figured out how to pose my question, that pretty much
answered the question, I think:

<TABLE BORDER="1">
    <TR>
        <FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="http://www.cs.tut.fi/cgi-bin/run/
~jkorpela/echo.cgi">
            <TD>Your name</TD>
            <TD>
                <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="name" SIZE="20">
            </TD>

            <TD>Your E-mail address</TD>
            <TD><INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="email" SIZE="25"></TD>
            <TD>
                <INPUT TYPE="SUBMIT" VALUE="Submit" NAME="B1">
            </TD>
        </FORM>
    </TR>    <TR>
        <FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="http://www.cs.tut.fi/cgi-bin/run/
~jkorpela/echo.cgi">

            <TD>Your name2</TD>
            <TD>
                <INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="name" SIZE="20">
            </TD>
            <TD>Your E-mail address</TD>
            <TD><INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="email" SIZE="25"></TD>
            <TD>
                <INPUT TYPE="SUBMIT" VALUE="Submit" NAME="B1">

            </TD>
        </FORM>
    </TR>

So, that's a reasonable approach?

thanks,

Thufir
