	- The cactus.jar is not located in your WEB-INF/lib directory and your
Container has not set the Context classloader to point to the webapp one"

I have all the necessary jars in the classpath:

<path id="cactus.classpath">

 	<include name="lib/*.jar" />
 </fileset>
<pathelement location="${classes.dir}" />
 </path>

<taskdef resource="cactus.tasks">
		<classpath>
				<pathelement location="cactus.classpath"/>
		</classpath>
</taskdef>

Please let me know what I am missing here

Thanks
Sri
