Subject New to Cactus--Please Help!
Date Mon, 10 Apr 2006 20:48:02 GMT

I am very new to cactus. I am trying to test my J2EE application. I
have tried to follow the instructions for testing an ejb application. I
have a catcus web project and I put it in the ear file. Next, I use the
client application in an effort to get the EJB. However, when I do, I
get the below error:

org.apache.cactus.util.ChainedRuntimeException: Failed to get the test
results at [http://localhost:9083/<product>Cactus/ServletRedirector ]

When I go looking at the server logs, I see:

Servlet Request Processor Exception: Virtual Host/WebGroup Not Found :
The web group /<product>Cactus/ServletRedirector has not been defined

I am running Cactus 1.7.2 and using JDK 1.4.2. I am running the test
from WSAD using a JUNIT.

Any suggestions would be helpful so I can get my first test case
working.

Russ
