I've tried to use maven but cannot understand how to run it. There is written "If you're testing
Servlets, Filters, JSPs or Taglibs, simply type maven cactus:test (or maven cactus for short)
to run the Cactus tests."
Where should I type this? maven is not an exe so it is not about command line.

Can you please explain?
