At server-side, begin method will never be called.
The execution sequence of a test method is roughly as follows:
	client-side JVM			server-side JVM
	--------------------------------------------------------------
	begin(WebRequest)
	beginXXX(WebRequest)
		-- send HTTP request -->
					XXXTestCase(String) :construct
					setUp()
					testXXX()
					tearDown()
		<-- return HTTP response --
	endXXX(WebResponse)
	end(WebResponse)
# Though it's not accurate...
