Hi Vincent,
This is the content of the cactus.properties file:
cactus.logging.config = C:/tomcat/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.30/webapps/test/WEB-INF/classes/logging_server.properties

Unfortunately, I am required to run this on Windows :)
I have placed the cactus.properties file inside C:\tomcat\jakarta-tomcat-4.1.30\webapps\test\WEB-INF\classes
