Thanks for your reply, but as I noted, it IS working when I use the
browser based test runner.
I get no 404 when I visit the page with a browser, only when Ant visits
it with httpclient.

This is why I am confused. Does the browser based runner not use
FilterRedirector?

Also the two test runs report a different number of failures/errors.
