You have to add the ServletRedirector mapping into the web.xml file
located in 
"YourJbossInstallFolder"/server/default|minimum|all/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat41.sar/web.xml
The web.xml file there is copied to conf/web.xml  folder at startup
