Anil,

Let me repeat myself: your test cases must be in the same war/ear than
the classes they test. Thus If you want to unit test a tag you need to
have its test classes in the same war as where it is located.

Your question about calling something on another machine has no
relationship with Cactus. Your call is performing the call, not Cactus!
