if you implement the solution thru Ant build.xml
and put in a StartApache Target
and exec the Apache start e.g.
"G:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\bin\Apache.exe" -w -f "G:\Program
Files\Apache Group\Apache2\conf\httpd.conf" -d "G:\Program Files\Apache
Group\Apache2\."
