Hi Dimitri,

It simply means that the client side of Cactus failed to open a
connection to the Cactus Redirector Servlet that you have probably
specified in your cactus.properties config file. Please verify it (note:
you can simply open a browser and enter it there to check if it is
valid).

You can also have a look at Cactus sample application (part of the
cactus distribution) for examples.
