	Thanks Deryl. The problem got fixed when I kept j2ee.jar file on
the server side. And j2ee.jar file contains the class

Please note that the latest version of StrutsTestCase
only supports servlet spec 2.3 -- that may be your
problem if you're using a 2.2 compliant servlet engine.
