(I forgot that not everyone is as intimately familiar with the contents as myself, or I definitely would have mentioned it). I think it's unfortunate that Cactus did not make it onto the cover, especially since IMHO, it's a tool with broader use (and is closer to the heart of XP) than JMeter. Unfortunately I did not lobby for this early enough in the process, and the title was fixed before I could object. I entered as an official co-author late in the book's life. But yes, Cactus is thoroughly covered, including in-depth code samples, a comparison to Mock-Objects, and a case study that applies Cactus tests to an application.
