To deploy:  C:\WebSphere\AppServer\bin>seappinstall -install <path to ear
file>

To start: C:\WebSphere\AppServer\bin> startServer

To stop: C:\WebSphere\AppServer\bin>stopServer

>From Ant I'm just going to <exec> those .bat files for now, unless I find a
better or cleaner way.

WAS 4.0.1 Single Server Advanced Edition (I think I got all that right?!) is
what I'm running on Win2k.
