First you need to define Index aggregate like below (refer
http://wiki.apache.org/jackrabbit/IndexingConfiguration).

    <aggregate primaryType="nt:file">
        <include>jcr:content</include>
    </aggregate>

Once you define it, you can query using
select * from [nt:file] as t where contains(t.*,term)
