Thank you!  So, DBFileSystem workspaces need to be recreated, while you can
edit LocalFileSystem workspaces.
It seems in practice, it's best to use a mix; of LocalFileSystem for
workspace and indexes, while only moving the PersistenceManagers and the
DataStore to Database.
