What does this file do? How do I create it? What is the jsp page supposed to do?

I couldn't find any documentation anywhere that says what to do....am I looking in the wrong
places??

As the error message says: "Repository startup configuration is not
valid but a bootstrap config is specified. Either create the
jackrabbit/bootstrap.properties file or use the '/config/index.jsp'
for easy configuration."

I'd suggest the latter.
