Ok,

I debbuged here and I found that the problem is the select query:
select BUNDLE_DATA from JR_WORKSPACE_BUNDLE where NODE_ID = ?

in the class MSSqlPersistenceManager

I'm using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 with JTDS. Maybe it's problem with 
database configuration...
