yes exactly, it has three folders
repository, workspace and version

And this works on windows and mac. On linux, I see the rebuilding of  
indexes starts but never finished, here is the output of /repository/ 
index. Clearly, it stopped at _0

drwxr-xr-x 6 	root root 4096 Feb  3 06:04 ..
-rw-r--r-- 1 		root root   12 Feb  3 06:05 indexes
drwxr-xr-x 3 	root root 4096 Feb  3 06:05 .
-rw-r--r-- 1 		root root    0 Feb  3 06:10 redo.log
drwxr-xr-x 2 	root root 4096 Feb  3 06:10 _0
