I'm trying to migrate a wiki software to JCR. One major point of
course is versioning of wiki pages.

I've read the JSR-170 specs, but have the impression that JCR
versioning isn't quite what I've expected. Unfortunately, I haven't
found any detailed docs or tutorials on how to do versioning in JCR.
Are there any?
