hi mark,

jackrabbit deals with large binary properties separately
anyway so there should not be an issue with 2gb binary
properties. you may want to look into the
data store for more details...

generally, i would recommend to store large properties in an nt:resource
or possibly even better in an nt:file / nt:resource combination.
