Well between the JackRabbit team and slide committers that might participate
the lab seems the best place to explore the parallels and impedance
mismatches (if any) between the two code bases to come up with the "plan..."
Roland wanted to see.

Labs are meant for existing ASF committers, so growing a community
there is not really possible if you mean to include people who are not
ASF committers yet.

An existing ASF project, or incubating a new one (it's really not
hard, especially if you're starting from ASF codebases) is probably a
better way of building a community around this WebDAV client project.
