Subject 'any property'-Support for XPath-Query (@*)
Date Thu, 23 Aug 2007 09:02:19 GMT
Hi,

have anybody get a XPath search working with a relational query on
<any property> ("@*"), for example:

     //users/*/*/*/masterdata[@*='Michael']

or

     //users/*/*/*/masterdata[jcr:contains(@*,'Michael')]

I am new to XPath/jackrabbit, but the above query seems correct to me.

But it doesn't return any results, nor any Exception.

If i search with the correct property name, like
     //users/*/*/*/masterdata[@firstname='Michael']
it returns the expected node.

Env: jackrabbit 1.3.1, lucene 2.0.0, JDK 1.5.0_12

Can anybody give me a hint or point me into the source/docu to have
a look at impl. that feature ?

Thanks,
     Markus
