Hanasaki,

I am doing java/.net programming (both sides of it) using web services (xfire).

It would be a small effort to wrap xfire/spring around jackrabbit. I consume xfire web services
from dot net in several of my projects successfully.

In my project, users upload images/content from several different applications/machines.
I store them in jackrabbit (and generate thumbnails and store those in jackrabbit). My .net
application calls my web service, this returns the objects out of jackrabbit. For the images,
I return URLs to the images and let the java application serve the images out of jackrabbit.

Phillip

Subject: Using jackrabbit from .NET apps

My client uses C#.NET and VB.NET on the client side. Is there anyway to
use jackrabbit (JCR) from these languages? It's either this, a .net cms
(couldn't find an opensource one), or they need to build their own
simple version in plain ms-sql tables directly accessed.

TIA
