two jcr:path clauses can only be combined with an OR to form an equivalent query
for the descendant-or-self axis in XPath:

e.g.:
//element(foo, nt:base)

is translated into:

select * from nt:base where jcr:path = '/foo' or jcr:path like '/%/foo'
