We are using Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 and JDBC version 9.2.0.8.
  Jackrabbit is embedded in our application which is
deployed to BEA Weblogic 8.1sp3.  I built the libraries
(core & commons) using the "/trunk" from the subversion
repository and Maven V1.0.2 and JDK 1.4.2_11-b06 on
Windows XP Pro.

The exception we are seeing is the same as I originally
reported (listed below).  Unlike this morning, it is no
longer intermittent, but now happening everytime.  I am
not certain why this is.
