Tobias Bocanegra commented on JCR-3661:
---------------------------------------

currently the versions are the one from jackrabbit. we have to wait until
infra created the new jira project for vlt. then we can move the issues and
use the correct versions.

> A MV property with 1 empty string value is serialized as "[]". When deserialized, this
results in an empty MV property with 0 values.
> eg:
> <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
> <jcr:root xmlns:sling="http://sling.apache.org/jcr/sling/1.0" xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0"
> jcr:primaryType="sling:Folder"
> allowedChildren="[]"/>
> This is a flaw in the DocViewPropertyFormat. the simplest solution is to mark an empty
string value with \0.
> eg:
> allowedChildren="[\0]"
