Subject [jira] [Created] (JCR-3601) AbstractJCRTest.cleanUpTestRoot() does not properly set testNodeType
Date Tue, 28 May 2013 03:22:20 GMT
Jukka Zitting created JCR-3601:
----------------------------------

Summary: AbstractJCRTest.cleanUpTestRoot() does not properly set testNodeType
                 Key: JCR-3601
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-3601
             Project: Jackrabbit Content Repository
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: jackrabbit-jcr-tests
    Affects Versions: 2.7
            Reporter: Jukka Zitting
            Assignee: Jukka Zitting

The cleanUpTestRoot() method is supposed to leave the test root in a state as if it was just
newly created. If the node already exists, this is done by removing all its children. Unfortunately
this risks leaving the node type of the test root unchanged, which can lead to issues like
the one we're seeing in OAK-802.
