Do you have a use cases where there are more than 2000 child nodes, and
they need to be ordered? Up to what limit do you need to keep them ordered?

Or XPath to JQOM, yes (it's kind of an implementation detail really, as
SQL2 can be converted to JQOM). But JQOM to XPath isn't needed as far as I
