With my Jackrabbit PMC chair hat on:

You're a Day employee, so does the "Grant license to ASF" bit here mean that Day makes the
JSR 170 spec available under the ALv2? So far the spec has only been available under the Day
spec license that explicitly prevents "distributing the Specification to third parties".
