schema objects created by the pm are by default prefixed by the workspace name.
you could therefore either

a) choose a shorter workspace name (e.g. "USRGRPS")

or

b) change the 'schemaObjectPrefix' parameter of the
    PersistenceManager configuration in the appropriate
    workspace.xml file, e.g.

    <param name="schemaObjectPrefix" value="USRGRPS_"/>
