Put resource files in java/{main,test}/resources

                 Key: JCR-903
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-903
             Project: Jackrabbit
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: maven
            Reporter: Jukka Zitting
         Assigned To: Jukka Zitting
            Priority: Minor

The Maven standard directory layout (see http://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-the-standard-directory-layout.html)
suggests that all resource files should be placed in src/main/resources or src/test/resources
instead of putting them inside the java subdirectory. Following that guideline would simplify
the pom files as we wouldn't need to explicitly configure the resource directories. I'll move
the resource files unless anyone argues otherwise.
