sorry if this might be a stupid question, but does that mean one cannot 
import
xml prefixed attributes?

Maybe another stupid question, where can I find the updated version of 
the spec? I have checked

http://jcp.org/aboutJava/communityprocess/pfd/jsr170/index.html

but this seems to be the same as "yesterday".

Is there a working draft page?
