@Cesar:
Bit confused by this... there is no google maps plugin?  I usually use
Chrome, but just double checked the demo app using IE 11 (emulated bck to
IE 8) and rendered ok.

Best I can suggest is to switch on developer tools and see if any
Javascript errors are being logged.
