I've just downloaded that version and tested it. It works correctly and I am able to log on
to the secure app service. That points to an environmental issue with the machine you are
using. I'd suggest disabling all plug-ins, checking the cert you are using (do you get as
far as being prompted for a certificate?)  etc. The suggestion to try different machines and/or
browsers and/or networks remains.

If you still require assistance please provide a detailed description of the steps you follow
so we can see exactly where the problem occurs so we can try and make further suggestions.
