> Back when we set up Bintray integration for Mesos, we had planned to make full use of
bintray to provide full-featured yum/deb/rpm etc. repositories. So we created separate repositories
for all platforms:
> https://bintray.com/apache/mesos-ubuntu
> https://bintray.com/apache/mesos-fedora
> https://bintray.com/apache/mesos-deb
> None of these ever ended up being used, except for `mesos-centos` which contains a random
git pre-release version of Mesos 1.5.
> In the meantime, we decided that the Mesos project is just going to use a generic repository
which acts as a simple file host to reduce maintenance burden, so all the above respositories
can now be safely deleted.
> Thanks,
> Benno
