Hi [~dfoulks] It looks like there must have been a misunderstanding, we don't plan to use
Jenkins to build images. We just want to leverage DockerHub's built-in automatic build configuration,
similar to what is done for https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/airflow/builds and https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/calcite-avatica/builds

You had setup the automatic build correctly the first time, my question was mostly about the
process to follow if we needed to add any new automatic build configurations in DockerHub.
