Daniel Gruno resolved INFRA-18789.
----------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed
      Assignee: Daniel Gruno

This should be resolved now. There was an issue with some old httpd processes that hadn't
gone away on restart.

> Browsers complain that the certificate expired on July 21 when I try to visit some directories
under
> https://mail-private.apache.org/members/private-arch/
> This seems to be somewhat inconsistent; sometimes the certificate is valid, and sometimes
not.
> Is there a load balancer with a stale certificate lurking somewhere?
