Subject [jira] [Updated] (INFRA-18687) My is messed up (my bad)
Date Mon, 01 Jul 2019 19:43:00 GMT

John Andrunas updated INFRA-18687:
Status: Waiting for user (was: Waiting for Infra)

Given Name generally implies the person's first name but ultimately is doesn't have any impact
on functionality other than what name is shown.

The password box is your LDAP password to confirm the change.

When you say "I can no longer access this site." does that mean the site doesn't load or you
can't login? If your password isn't working then you can reset it by visiting

up my settings. I can no longer access this site.
> What is confusing to me is the two entry cells at the bottom of the page and what exactly
goes there.
> What do I put in "Given Name"? What I put in there originally was "leerho" which is
my Apache name and ID as in "". In thinking about it (and trying to resolve
my SVN auth problems, I thought perhaps it should be my real given name as "Lee Rhodes".
Should it be "Lee" ??
> What do I put in password?? Is this my Apache login password?? I also have a different
Apache JIRA password. The description is not clear what password it is expecting.
> I think my first choice of "leerho" was correct. So please reset this so I can get access
