Gavin commented on INFRA-18659:
-------------------------------

As a side note, the selfserve address is for PMC Chairs to initially set up a jira project
and not a final destination for where our Jira instance lives.

> Access to https://selfserve.apache.org/jira.html
> ------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: INFRA-18659
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-18659
> Project: Infrastructure
> Issue Type: Task
> Components: JIRA
> Reporter: Lee Rhodes
> Priority: Major
>
> When I try to access https://selfserve.apache.org/jira.html, I get:
> "Access restricted to ASF members and PMC chairs only!
> But I need to setup issue tracking for upcoming releases. And apparently I need to do
that for each release. So how am I supposed to do that?
