Vladimir, tell me what is the problem for INFRA to keep this settings in one place instead
of forcing me to modify over 100 repositories in Maven project? You know how much time we
would spend with it. We have other non-trivial problems with our build as well i.e. failed
integration test on Jenkins as we are not able to find human resources in our team to fix
the ITs during the summer time.

I do not know if Windows OS or Jenkins plugins set EOL this way but one of these is doing
it. It is important to have CRLF, otherwise the testing is not real and then the customer
will find the issues much later. Can you guys in INFRA check it? Thx
