Gavin updated INFRA-18666:
--------------------------
Status: Waiting for user (was: Waiting for Infra)

as a punt, I added the latest rvm (1.29.8) - give it a try and see where we end up

> The "websites2" Jenkins node is apparently a new VM (see likely related notification
email below) on which a Lucene/Solr job is failing to run. From https://builds.apache.org/job/Solr-reference-guide-8.x/3949/console
, where RVM is building a Ruby 2.3.3 interpreter since it can't find one on the VM:
> > Error running '__rvm_make -j8',
> > please read /home/jenkins/.rvm/log/1561644621_ruby-2.3.3/make.log
> Since I don't have access to this machine, I can't read the log to figure out what's
wrong. Can somebody please take a look?
> FYI, the "Solr-reference-guide-8.x" job was pinned to the "git-websites" label, which
includes both the "websites1" and the "websites2" nodes. I've since pinned it to the "websites1"
node (where it's building fine) directly to avoid building on "websites2" for now.

> On Jun 25, 2019 Gavin McDonald wrote to the builds@a.o list:
> > We will be turning some nodes off over the next day or so, jobs will
> > be moved to other nodes as available if needed, and replacement
> > nodes will be built over the next few days.
> >
> > The list is below.
> >
> > If any jobs you own are impacted by the moves in a negative way, please
> > file a ticket or reply here so we can take a look.
