Hi [~gmcdonald],

Apologies for the late response to this.

A few things have changed since my last post. Most notably, we now have a GitHub App for LGTM,
which significantly improves the security and permissions situation.

* Write access is no longer needed to the repo or webhooks
* Access can be to orgs/repositories rather than to all repositories of the user setting up
the integration.

And install the app onto the aforementioned repos from here: https://github.com/apps/lgtm-com/installations/new
Doing so will automatically enable the PR integration as [~jbarrett] requested.

I don't have the ability to re-open the jira issue, so i'm hoping that someone else can do
this for me.
