Right. You have fixed that for me in INFRA-17347. Can you copy whole {{org.netbeans}} subtree?

NetBeans hosts its own artifacts in a private repository so far:
- none of the groupIds (org.netbeans.clusters, org.netbeans.modules, org.netbeans.api, org.netbeans.external)
mentioned by [~skygo] has ever been updated to Maven central. 

The artifacts has been verified by Apache repository Nexus and there is no clash with existing
artifacts on Maven central.

I have to admit I am not sure what RAO means. That probably signals, there are no plans to
migrate to RAO other than what have been done so far.
