Chris Lambertus resolved INFRA-18222.
-------------------------------------
    Resolution: Information Provided

You can watch the entire space to see deletions.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/watch-pages-spaces-and-blogs-139579.html

The recent pages thing seems to be the default behavior of confluence.

> Confluence does not appear to inform watchers of pages created/deleted.
> Furthermore, 'Pages Updated' does not show deletions; once a page has been deleted, any
recent changes to it are not shown either.
> Is there a global setting that is preventing such notifications?
> Or is it a restriction in Confluence itself?
