Chris Lambertus commented on INFRA-18143:

I agree. Let's not bother with mino at all and put this on hold until we've moved to mbox-vm.

> Key: INFRA-18143
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-18143
> Project: Infrastructure
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: Mail Archives

> As for INFRA-18141, it would be useful if people could find lists in the index using
the old name.
> The following approach seems to work:
> Keep the old directory on Minotaur, but include a marker file such as DO_NOT_DELETE_THIS_DIRECTORY.
> At present only directories containing a listinfo.db are shown in the index, but the
index generation script could also look for the above marker file.
> As a PoC, I have (re)created amber.apache.org/[commits|dev|user] on minotaur, and added
a dummy listinfo.db fle. The amber lists now show up in the index, and when clicked, redirect
to oltu.
