Hyukjin Kwon updated INFRA-18004:
---------------------------------
    Description:
The community in Apache Spark observed this bot misuses Apache Spark’s JIRA board, see https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=Thincrs

I contacted twice, and one our PMCs contacted once via http://www.thincrs.com/ to request
stop doing this. (I am a Spark committer FWIW).

I haven’t got any response related with it. Still, this bot in this specific company looks
misusing Apahce JIRA board.

At least two committers and two PMCs from Apache Spark agreed upon doing this.

Therefore, this INFRA requests to block the account https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=Thincrs
