THe {{mkdir}} runs in workspace, and the workspace is TEMP while the node is Windows, see
https://github.com/apache/maven-surefire/blob/master/Jenkinsfile#L74
Is this wrong?
If it is wrong, how should we rewrite the statement to F drive, and what is unique and safe
path to use?
